the southwest research and design institute of chemical industry, established in 1958, engages in natural gas chemical industry, gaseous hydrocarbon desulfurizing techniques and desulfurizer, hydrocarbon conversion techniques and catalyst, c-chemistry, acetylene chemical industry, pas gas separation techniques and device, special gas, technical economic evaluations, information consulting and chemical engineering design. it has the national lab of comprehensive utilization of industrial emission and is the parent organization of national psa dispersion technology popularization center and national c-chemistry engineering technology research center.
