established in 1971, the shuguang rubber industry research & design institute is a comprehensive special tire r&d unit. it is home to the national special tire quality supervision and inspection center and china aircraft tire standardization technology committee. the various airplane tires have received ctsoa from the faa, fsoa, and caac. the institute was also granted a maintenance permit from the caac. |
