the northwest rubber & plastics research & design institute was founded in 1965. it is an enterprise specializing in the development of rubber seals, special rubber, plastic, polyurethane products, and rubber compounds for military and civil use. it comprises the national rubber seals quality supervision and inspection center and national sealing products testing lab.
